Compliance Paralegal

About the role

The Paralegal, Compliance provides comprehensive legal and administrative support across franchise compliance, litigation, and collection matters. This role works closely with supervising counsel, internal business partners, and external customers to independently manage assigned matters from initiation through resolution. The position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Note: This role is 4 days onsite in North Bethesda, MD and is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
