Compliance Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Aid in organizing and reviewing background checks for potential timekeeper candidates.
- Track and resolve issues related to background checks.
- Support monitoring of attorney licensing compliance.
- Research and respond to compliance requests from firm attorneys and business professionals.
- Create and maintain databases.
- Conduct research using public records and databases.
- Compile and organize information from various internal firm sources.
- Prepare a variety of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database experience.
- Experience in a law firm or similar environment supporting paralegals and/or attorneys.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.

Work Environment
The individual selected for this position may have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement comprised of remote and in-office work, the requirement for which will be determined in coordination with the hiring manager or supervisor and may be modified in the firm’s discretion in the future.

No immigration sponsorship is available for this position. The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $34.09 - $48.75 per hour depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
