Compliance Coordinator and Trainer

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with accomplishing licensing and corporate compliance at the site.
• Oversee all aspects of staff and designated student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications.
• Assist with individual staff training for those new to their role or experiencing performance issues, new initiatives, or required training across the site.
• Conduct student training as applicable (Orientation class, bullying, PRPs, PSD, POC, PREA, etc.).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of post-high school education (bachelor's degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Pay

Starting at $50,000 annually (higher starting pay for someone with more experience).

Schedule

Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 12 p.m.- 8 p.m., alternating Saturday & Sunday (hours agreed upon with DGL/PD ahead of time as it will depend on training needs).
