Compliance Controls & Monitoring

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Compliance Controls & Monitoring professional to join their team. This role provides business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

About the role

You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with various business partners to influence compliance outcomes
• Support and enhance the compliance control framework and monitoring relationships
• Maintain the compliance risk register and facilitate risk assessments
• Develop and enhance risk-based monitoring activities and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in compliance activities
• Partner with teams to assess compliance impacts of regulatory and operational changes
• Provide oversight during product development to ensure compliance risks are addressed

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management in a regulated environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with GRC platforms and risk assessment methodologies
• Ability to assess control impacts of regulatory and operational changes
• Proficient with data analytics and automation tools for compliance monitoring
• Excellent communication skills with experience in producing audit-ready documentation
• CRCM, CIA, or equivalent certification is preferred

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
