COMPLIANCE AUDIT SUPERVISOR

About the Role

Reviews all compliance procedures required by the applicable regulators and Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not performed as part of a daily audit.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
• Review all compliance procedures required by the regulators and Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not part of a daily audit.
• Supervise department and run reports.
• Prepare an audit checklist outlining and attesting to all required procedures.
• Prepare and review all exceptions for any errors found as a result of the audits.
• Ensure proper responses are received on all audit exceptions.
• Ensure Title 31 reports are filed within the required time periods.
• Perform Title 31 training to ensure Team Members are properly trained and understand all required procedures.
• Update and maintain an exception schedule by Team Members to identify those with repeated exceptions and provide further training.
• Assist department heads with training in problem areas.
• Maintain communication with the Compliance Manager and Director of Compliance for correspondence with the Graton Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Oversee property record retention, including the maintenance of box logs and location of all boxes.

Duties and responsibilities may be changed, expanded, reduced, or delegated by Management to meet the business needs of the property.
