Responsibilities

• Reviewing supplier documentation in Trace Gains portal (Maintain Supplier Registers with document expiration dates and make sure that all supplier docs are up to date)
• Fulfill customer Requests for Documentation (emails/customer portals)
• E-filing records
• Maintain Controlled Documents in our DC software - SOPS, SSOP's, Forms, Work Instructions, etc - Create/Revise through Change Order Process

Qualifications

• Education minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business or a related field, or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of equivalent work related experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field
• Familiar working in a software portal environment (data entry)
• Document review skills
• Administrative support skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Must be able to juggle multiple competing projects
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as food safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Preferred Qualifications

• Food manufacturing/pharmaceutical/legal/academia/regulatory industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's and FSMA's Regulatory Landscape is a plus

Pay

$23-$25/hour
