Compliance Specialist Onsite

About the role

Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We measure success by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to be.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property’s affordable housing program to ensure that all target numbers are met.
• Review all site move-in certification files to ensure that all households are income qualified before move-in.
• Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place, and review all pre-move-in and re-certification files.
• Verify that each resident file contains all required and acceptable documentation/verifications during file reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of LIHTC experience
• 2+ years of previous management experience
• HCCP Designation (or equivalent)
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay

$24.50 - $25.50 per hour
