About the Role
Perform a broad spectrum of duties to ensure the bank's compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as federal laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure bank processes and procedures are compliant with federal statutes, regulations, and interpretations.
- Stay up to date on regulatory changes.
- Perform Currency Transaction Report (CTR) reporting and annual exemption reviews.
- Assist with BSA/AML system alerts; perform investigation of cases.
- Provide training to staff as needed to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Cross-train with other duties within the department and bank.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in banking or a regulatory environment is a plus.
- Must be able to pass credit, background, and reference checks.
