COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT

About the role

The Compliance Assistant performs routine administrative and compliance tasks, as directed by the Director of Compliance, including but not limited to:

• Receiving, reviewing, disseminating and storing documentation
• Various reporting
• Tasks related to Contract Management and Patient Experience
• Support for Data analytics, Research studies, Contracted Employees, and special Compliance projects

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High School Graduate; some college experience preferred
• Experience: Administrative/Office procedures; experience working in the medical field; basic knowledge of Quality/Compliance; research techniques
• Equipment/Technology: Proficient Microsoft Office skills and computer skills; technical knowledge/understanding of digital environment
• Language/Communication: Excellent communication skills
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills required; advanced math skills desired
• Mental Capabilities: Organized and self-motivated; uses good judgment and logic; excellent attention to detail
• Interpersonal: Ability to deal confidently and positively with all levels of staff, both face-to-face and over the phone and through email/correspondence
