About the role
The position involves the development and review of department Memorandum of Understanding Agreements (MOUs), Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs), Inter Agency Agreements (IIAs) and Amendments. The Analyst will also be involved with the LARA Security and Emergency Management Programs and perform testing of bureau business continuity plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review MOUs, DSAs, IIAs, and Amendments
- Engage with LARA Security and Emergency Management Programs
- Conduct testing of bureau business continuity plans
Requirements
- Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
- Experience:
- Departmental Analyst 9: No specific type or amount is required.
- Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience.
- Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
Qualifications
- Departmental Analyst (Departmental Trainee) 9 (FOR CLASSIFIED STATE EMPLOYEES ONLY):
- Four years of experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.
- Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.
- Two years of experience as an experienced level worker in an ECP Group One technician or paraprofessional classification.
- Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.
- One year of experience as a second-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.
