Responsibilities

• Conducts regular internal audits to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations and identify areas for improvement.
• Conducts research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
• Performs all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Fulfills all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare, business, finance, etc.).
• Licenses/Experience: Current CPC certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Compensation: Non-Exempt, starting wage of $25.54/hourly.
