Corporate Compliance Analyst

About the role

As a Corporate Compliance Analyst within the Legal Compliance Department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our operations by helping to develop corporate compliance programs for laws and regulations that affect our projects. Working within the Corporate Compliance Team, you will assist in the design, development, and implementation of robust compliance programs tailored specifically to the complexities of the construction industry. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. In this role, you will serve as a strategic and collaborative partner, working seamlessly alongside cross-functional corporate and compliance teams to develop and establish compliance best practices throughout the lifecycle of our projects. This is a fully onsite position based in our McLean, VA office. The role involves prolonged periods of focused work at a desk, requiring comfort with extended sitting, sharp visual acuity for reviewing complex documents, and the ability to move actively throughout the office and travel occasionally to construction sites, including exposure to outdoor weather, louder noise, and moving equipment. You must be able to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally. You are expected to follow Clark Construction's safety policies and procedures and all applicable laws at all locations.
