Compliance Analyst, Contingent Worker

This is a 12-month temporary contract assignment in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment or equipment installation and debugging
• Work with electrical and/or mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Program, read, write, and modify PLC logic (Mitsubishi preferred; AB, Siemens, Omron, etc. acceptable)
• Work with servo motion controllers
• Wire and troubleshoot relay logic
• Program and troubleshoot robotics
• Troubleshoot hydraulic or pneumatic systems and read schematics
• Work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns as needed
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%

Requirements

• Experience with PLCs, servo motion controllers, relay logic, and robotics
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic or pneumatic systems
• Availability for overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns
• Ability to travel up to 30%, both domestic and international
• Right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience
• Experience in pre-production setup
• Experience with production processes including Standardized Work (STW) and Job Instruction Sheets (JIS)
• Experience gathering and analyzing quality data from multiple sources
• New plant or facility startup experience (preferred)
• Experience with high-volume production in a clean room environment (preferred)
