Compliance Analyst

About the role

As a Compliance Analyst at Indigo Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all operations comply with legal and regulatory standards. This includes reviewing policies, monitoring compliance metrics, and providing recommendations to improve adherence.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze company policies and procedures for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes that impact the business.
• Monitor compliance metrics and report findings to management.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees on compliance matters.
• Conduct audits and investigations as needed to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
