Compliance Analyst

Primary Responsibilities (Job Duties)

• Interface with WebBank Compliance Managers and/or VP’s, execute the issue management program.
• Review Strategic Partner marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Participate in the planning and execution of compliance reviews of Strategic Partner Programs.
• Review policies, procedures, and process maps to validate that Strategic Partners are following Bank expectations and requirements.
• Manage the deployment and follow-up of compliance training.
• Afford assistance in the preparation of Management and Board level reporting packages.
• Afford assistance to Compliance Managers and/or VPs with the preparation of reports related to compliance oversight of Strategic Partners for review by multiple stakeholders within the Bank.
• Monitor federal and state regulatory changes related to consumer and commercial lending.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Program Management teams to identify complaint trends and escalate concerns as necessary to assess compliance impact and regulatory risk.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partners in root cause analysis activities for issues identified through customer complaints and identifying solutions to mitigate future issues.
