Compliance Agent

Caine & Weiner is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate can work independently while maintaining strong communication skills and is comfortable working with multiple software systems. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and investigating issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to complaints received through BBB, CFPB, and e-OSCAR, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Learn and apply dispute processes to audit procedures, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Review complaints and QA calls as needed to identify trends and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic experience with computer systems and software
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents, forms, and procedural manuals correctly
• Ability to meet department performance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• CUBS experience
• FDCPA and FCRA knowledge
• Dispute processing and/or audit experience
• Attention to detail
• Basic experience with database and computer systems

Pay

$16–$17 per hour

Schedule

• Full time, Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–4:40 PM
• 40 hours per week
