Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Carry out exterior inspections of homeowner change and/or improvement requests to ensure they comply with community standards.
- Prepare and send courtesy notices based on site inspections and reports from Community Services Officers (CSOs).
- Handle Architectural Control applications; compile necessary plan review documents for committee approval.
- Attend Architectural Control meetings, prepare meeting packets, and document meeting minutes.
- Communicate with homeowners about the Architectural Control process, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
- Offer compliance training as requested by community leadership.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent), with an Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of property management (or related) experience; CCAM certification is preferred.
- Strong preference for previous experience in facilities and/or maintenance management in hospitality, property management, or a related industry.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive issues.
- Superior multi-tasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide high-level customer service with attention to detail and organization.
- Must be a team player.
- Adaptable and dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests.
Special Position Requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a driving record compliant with Company policy.
- May require occasional long hours to meet business needs.
- Must be able to relocate up to 25 pounds and travel to and from offsite meetings.
