Complex Litigation/Class Actions Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
About the role
The Complex Litigation + Advisement Practice Group at MoFo is seeking a high-performing attorney with 3-5 years of experience in class action defense, particularly in consumer class actions, unfair competition law, and related areas. The ideal candidate will have experience with class certification and summary judgment, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and managing electronic discovery.
Responsibilities
- Defend consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, and violations of consumer protection laws
- Handle unfair competition law cases
- Prepare and file briefs, correspondence, and responses to written discovery
- Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and interviews with experts
- Manage electronic discovery processes
Requirements
- Must be a member of the California or Washington State Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong case management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented attitude

Skills

Pay
Salary ranges are provided for various locations, ranging from $260,000 to $365,000 annually.
