About the role

You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following:

  • Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required)
  • Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law
  • Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required)
  • Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
  • Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
  • Managing e-discovery

You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.

You are an active member of the California or Washington State Bar.
