Complex Litigation/Class Actions Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
About the role
You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following:
- Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required)
- Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law
- Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required)
- Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
- Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
- Managing e-discovery

You are an active member of the California or Washington State Bar.
