MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

About the Role

Join our dynamic team of litigators at GCG®, a leading provider of business transformation solutions in supply chain and technology for order fulfillment and marketing execution. Our firm handles complex commercial and corporate litigation, regulatory enforcement, public law, administrative law, and appellate litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial and corporate litigation matters
  • Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
  • Support regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
  • Manage assigned cases with increasing independence
  • Conduct written discovery and oversee document productions
  • Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal memoranda
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
  • Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active State Bar membership (any state)
  • 3-4 years of litigation experience
  • Experience handling matters in state and/or federal court
  • Experience drafting dispositive motions
  • Discovery management experience
  • Strong Plus: AmLaw/boutique, government/regulatory/appellate, clerkship experience
  • PREFERRED: California Bar admission

Qualifications

  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for litigation and client service
