Complex Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel
About the role
We are seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join our complex litigation group, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on product liability and commercial matters involving the aviation and transportation industry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Experienced with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial
- Comfortable with analyzing complex legal issues, such as contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues
- Strong writing skills, demonstrated by experience from a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication
- Willingness to provide excellent client service and develop a client-centered practice
- Commitment to a tight-knit team focused on excellent client service, critical thinking, collegiality, and mentorship
Requirements
- Superior academic credentials
- Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in aviation and/or a technical background in aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences, although such interest or experience is not a prerequisite.
Skills

Pay
Annual Compensation Range: $310,000 to 390,000
