Complex Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel
About the role
We are seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join our complex litigation group, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on product liability and commercial matters involving the aviation and transportation industry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
- Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues.
- Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
Requirements
Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
Qualifications
Strong interest in the field of aviation, and/or a technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.
Annual Compensation Range: $310,000 to 390,000
