About the role

We are seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join our complex litigation group, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance. The role emphasizes product liability and commercial matters involving the aviation and transportation industry sectors. This position is open to all US offices.

Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial.
• Analyze complex legal issues, such as contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law matters.
• Provide excellent client service through a client-centered practice.

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with a strong interest in aviation and/or a technical background in aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences are encouraged to apply (though not required).

Pay

Annual compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000.
