Complex Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join our complex litigation group, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on product liability and commercial matters involving the aviation and transportation industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Experienced with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial
• Strong writing skills, demonstrated by experience from a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication
• Comfortable with complex legal issues, such as contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law
• Experience with appellate work, especially at the level, is preferred

Qualifications

Pay

Annual Compensation Range: $310,000 to 390,000
