Position Summary
Conducts analysis and interpretation related to company compensation programs.
Evaluates the company's jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys.
Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs.
Administers the annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance, development of incentive or salary increase budgets, merit process, and annual Profit Sharing Award.
Affords assistance with related projects and duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Experience in compensation analysis and survey interpretation.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
