Responsibilities
- Provides professional human resources support across one or more functional areas, including employee relations, compensation, SCA regulations, onboarding, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and learning and development.
- Performs routine administrative and professional HR activities, maintains accurate employee records, responds to employee and manager inquiries, and helps ensure efficient, compliant HR operations.
- Review corporate compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
- Preferred to have some experience or exposure to SCA regulations.
- Provides day-to-day support for assigned HR programs
