About the Role
As a Compensation Coordinator in Human Resources, you will support strategic compensation and benefits initiatives and deploy innovative, competitive, and analytically driven compensation programs for CoxHealth. This role serves as a key strategic partner for multiple business leaders, advising and consulting on compensation and benefits strategy and governance in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (preferred)
- Prior HR experience (preferred)
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, decision-making, and planning skills
- Ability to write clear documentation for processes and procedures
- Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
