Compensation & Benefits Attorney: 3rd-6th year

Compensation and Benefits

• $260,000 - $390,000 annually
• Full range of elective benefits including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, long-term care coverage, backup care for children and/or adults and other parental support benefits.
• Elective benefit options: firm-paid life insurance, AD&D, LTD, short term medical benefits, accrual of vacation time (four weeks per year), sick time (two weeks per year), and 10 paid holidays per year.
• Parental leave and fertility benefits.
• Detailed benefit orientation provided to new employees.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience with equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.
