About the role
The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate to join the team. Our ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs.

Pay
The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000-$390,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
