Compensation & Benefits Attorney: 3rd-6th year

Compensation and Benefits

• $260,000 - $390,000 annually
• Full range of elective benefits including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, long-term care coverage, backup care for children and/or adults and other parental support benefits.
• Benefited employees receive firm-paid life insurance, AD&D, LTD, short term medical benefits, accrue four weeks of vacation and two weeks of sick time per year, and receive 10 paid holidays each year.
• Generous parental leave and fertility benefits are also provided.
• New employees will attend a detailed benefit orientation to learn more about our many benefits and resources.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience with equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs
• Excellent academic credentials
• Superior writing, oral communication and analytical skills
