About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily operations of commissions and maintain expense accrual files
- Manage the electronic distribution of compensation plans and track acceptance
- Facilitate variable compensation payments including bonuses and SPFF payouts
- Ensure accurate execution of compensation plans in compliance with company practices
- Test and configure commission systems for Global Sales Incentive Plan changes
- Collaborate with Human Resource and Sales Operations on employee data tracking
- Support ad hoc commission data requests and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar commission tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, ICM or similar collaboration tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
$120,000 – $140,000 annually
