  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a quantitative-focused major (e.g., Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated, progressive experience in Compensation.

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Soft Skills: High learning agility, flexibility, and unmatched quantitative problem-solving skills.

Skills

  • AI & Automation Savvy: Experience bringing to bear AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate data cleaning, script writing, and compensation reporting.
  • BI & Visualization: Proven experience building interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other advanced analytic platforms.
  • Coding & Automation: Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and automating repetitive workflows.
