About the role
We are seeking compassionate, patient, and empathetic individuals to provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need your support.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Offer compassionate care and companionship, ensuring the safety and comfort of each client.
- Deliver specialized care for individuals with dementia and Parkinson’s disease, following tailored care plans.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and other physical needs of clients.
- Participate in ongoing training to learn new skills and improve caregiving techniques.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience caring for a family member or loved one, with a deep understanding of the importance of personalized care.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new caregiving methods and approaches.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Physical ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility.
