Position Summary A Server Assistant plays an important support role within the restaurant by assisting servers, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, delivering food and beverages, and helping create an exceptional dining experience for guests. This position works closely with servers, hosts, culinary teams, and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and guest requests in a timely manner. Clear, clean, and reset dining tables according to restaurant standards. Refill water, coffee, condiments, and other guest amenities as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and side stations. Stock silverware, glassware, linens, and other service supplies throughout each shift. Support opening, closing, and side work duties. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen colleagues regarding guest needs and special requests. Assist in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries. Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive dining environment.
