Our Guest Service Support Experts (Barbacks) take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set tables, assist the kitchen, and clean work areas
• Replenish supplies to ensure smooth transactions as part of the guest experience
• Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
• Uphold quality standards for uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Read and visually verify menu information
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No prior work experience required, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred
• No supervisory experience required
• Must be able to perform physical tasks as outlined in the responsibilities
