COMPANY DRIVER - HOME WEEKLY
About the role
PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for home weekly routes in Woburn, MA. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including up to $0.65 per mile, medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Drive company-owned vehicles on dedicated, overtime, and team routes
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
- At least 12 months (1 year) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
- Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program
- Must be at least 21 years old
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
- Passing DOT physical exam
Skills
- Knowledge of commercial driving laws and regulations
- Proficient in using GPS and other navigation systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Pay
The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
