Community Wellness Advisor
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day membership duties, including phone coverage, class registration, responding to inquiries, leading tours, and enrollment.
- Cook up membership recruitment and retention, documentation, and onboarding following department procedures.
- ID opportunities for engaging new membership leads and develop partnerships through research, relationships, and executing successful sales and marketing activities at the discretion of leadership.
- Aid in the creation and sharing of content for social media and other internal and external communications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build relationships and create a welcoming environment for all clients and members.
- Engage in conversation with members to retain and increase membership loyalty.
- Resolve membership issues with empathy while following policies and procedures.
- ID opportunities and facilitate referrals across Keswick programs and campus-wide services.
- Ensure proper documentation of relationships and outcomes in the appropriate database.
- Work interdepartmentally to execute projects that support membership and community engagement goals.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in gerontology, aging services, or a closely related human services field.
- 2+ years of related work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
- Proficient use of computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to work well with older adults to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Pay
$25-$28/hr (Pay based on experience)
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
