Community Support Worker - Weekends

About the role

Work one-on-one with individuals in an apartment setting to support them through their journey to independence. Full-time day shifts are available: Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–10:30 PM.

This position offers the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals in an apartment setting
• Assist with personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting)
• Support clients in developing skills for independence

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid US driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to perform personal cares with clients

Qualifications

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional, ARMHS, or ILS worker (1 year preferred)

Benefits eligibility begins the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to qualify.

Pay

Starting salary: $18.50 per hour.
