Community Support Specialist

Position Overview

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, ministry of Queen of Peace, is hiring a Community Support Specialist. In this role, you will partner directly with clients to develop, implement, and support individualized rehabilitation plans. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, connect individuals to vital resources, and provide hands-on coaching that helps clients rebuild essential life skills. This position includes one weeknight per week and one weekend coverage per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of community resources and services

Pay and Schedule
