Community Services - P/T Recreation Athletic Assistant

About the role

The City of Nacogdoches, Recreation Division, is looking for a Part-Time Athletic Assistant to help manage our gymnasiums and outdoor athletic facilities for youth and adult sports (basketball, volleyball, soccer, futsal).

Responsibilities

• Support officials and enforce rules
• Provide customer service, including answering calls and registering participants
• Prepare, inspect, and clean facilities and equipment
• Work irregular hours, including evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays

Requirements

• Experience in recreational activities and knowledge of sports is preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
