We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Company Profile: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Company Profile" is about the company, not role. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - Position Title: Community Services Officer (but we don't repeat as heading) - Location: Highland Ranch, CA at East Highlands Ranch - Reporting To: Director of Community Services - Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time - Salary: $20.00/Hourly - Company Profile (paragraph) - Employee Owner Position Purpose (paragraph) - Job Duties And Responsibilities (list of duties) - Qualifications (list) - Special Position Requirements (list) - Essential Functions (list) - Supervises Others None (maybe ignore) - Schedule & Travel (Shift: Sun, Mon, Tu, Fr, & Sat 10pm-6am; May be required to work weekends and holidays) - EEO etc (remove) We need to decide which sections to include. We have specific content for: - About the role: could combine Company Profile + Position Purpose? Or maybe "About the role" includes purpose and overview. We'll include a

About the role

with paragraphs summarizing role purpose and maybe company profile? But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include the exact text? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? Probably we should keep the information as is, but we can format into paragraphs/lists. We should not omit any detail. Thus we need to include all substantive info: location, reporting to, status, salary, company profile, position purpose, duties, qualifications, special position requirements, essential functions, schedule. We need to map to headings. Potential sections: - About the role: could include position purpose and maybe company profile? But company profile is about the company, not role. However we could still put it under About the role as overview. But maybe better to have a separate section? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are those listed; we should only use those. So we need to fit all content under those headings. We have: - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: maybe qualifications + special position requirements? Or we could split: Qualifications heading for qualifications, Requirements for special position requirements? But both are similar. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings as appropriate. We can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content fits. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we could omit if no specific skills beyond qualifications. Better to omit if no real specific content. - Benefits: not mentioned; omit. - Pay: we have Salary: $20.00/Hourly. So we can include Pay section. - Schedule: we have Shift info. - About the role: we can include position purpose and maybe company profile? Or we could include location, reporting to, status under About the role? But those are metadata. Could we put them in a short

under About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location, reporting to, status could be minor metadata; we can fold into a short paragraph under About the role. Thus About the role section could contain: a paragraph describing the role purpose (from Employee Owner Position Purpose) plus maybe a short paragraph with location, reporting to, status. We must preserve all substantive information: we must not drop location, reporting to, status. So we need to include them somewhere. We'll put them in a short paragraph. Now Responsibilities: list of duties from Job Duties And Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe we can include Special Position Requirements? Or we could combine Qualifications and Requirements. But we have both Qualifications and Special Position Requirements. We could put Qualifications under Qualifications heading, and Special Position Requirements under Requirements heading. That seems appropriate. Skills: we could omit if no specific skill list beyond qualifications. But we have "Ability to work independently...", "Ability to provide high-level customer service", "Ability to write routine correspondence", "Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures", "Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative team member", "First Aid/CPR certification required", "Adaptable and dependable". Those are more like qualifications/abilities. Could be placed under Qualifications. So we may not need Skills. Benefits: none. Pay: Salary. Schedule: Shift info. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: we included company profile? Actually we omitted the Company Profile paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. The Company Profile is substantive. We need to include it somewhere. Could be part of About the role as an additional paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after the purpose paragraph: include the company profile text. Company Profile: "The Management Trust is a community association management company. We believe that building and maintaining a community takes more than just hammers and nails. It takes integrity, trust, experience, and support. Our success is based on the belief that effective management anticipates our clients’ needs, not merely reacts to them. We are a company of creative and committed individuals driven by grand aspirations and are proud to be the only 100% employee-owned community management firm in the nation. Our Employee Owners are encouraged to actively participate in growing our business by helping define best practices every day. It is in this spirit that we encourage you to explore this opportunity to join The Management Trust team." We'll add that as a paragraph under About the role. Also we have "Employee Owner Position Purpose" which we already used as purpose. Good. We also have "Essential Functions" list: Use standard office equipment, etc. That's substantive. We need to include that somewhere. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications? It's more about essential functions. Could be a separate section but not in allowed headings. Could be folded into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably under Requirements as they are requirements for the job. But we already have Requirements for special position requirements (transportation, license). We could merge them. However we must not lose detail. We'll create a section maybe "Requirements" that includes both special position requirements and essential functions. Or we could have two sub-sections but not needed. We'll combine. Thus Requirements
will include: - Must have reliable transportation for travel to and from offsite locations - Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy - Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc. - Use standard security equipment, including: radios and/or walkie-talkies, etc. - Be stationary or in motion for periods of time - Relocate up to (45) pounds - May be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety and the safety of others We should also include "Supervises Others None" maybe not needed. Now we need to ensure we didn't duplicate any content. Let's compile final HTML. Check for any other substantive info: "Employee Owner Position Purpose" we used. "Job Duties And Responsibilities" we used. "Qualifications" we used. "Special Position Requirements" we merged into Requirements. "Essential Functions" we merged into Requirements. "Schedule & Travel" we used.
