Job Summary

The Community Service Provider Supervisor oversees a team of Clinical Community Service Providers (CPST) and Community Service Providers (PSR) staff, providing supervision and oversight of billable hours, progress notes, and documentation. They also assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of program staff.

Duties

  • Supervise a small caseload of community-based services aimed at preventing behavioral health needs and providing treatment for youth with existing diagnoses.
  • Oversee progress notes and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assign caseloads and monitor schedules and staff billing to meet utilization targets.
  • Participate in a management team overseeing the growth and development of the CFTSS/CMHRS program.
  • Hire, onboard, and train staff to ensure proper credentialing for delivering CFTSS/CMHRS services.
  • Review and sign off on progress notes and ensure staff meet billable hours and treatment goals.
  • Work with the clinical team to develop medically necessary treatment goals.
  • Facilitate professional development for self and staff through training and workshops.
  • Collect and report billing, outcome, and other data as required by the agency and counties.
  • Contribute to the Agency Utilization Review Committee to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Sound working knowledge of Community Services and CFTSS program standards.
  • Understanding of agency mission statement and vision.
  • Knowledge of management principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Leadership ability and ability to manage staff effectively.
