Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the National Director of Business Development
- Work closely with a third-party vendors to grow Cavo’s new home installation initiative
- Create process and work flow solutions to support Cavco Installation Services
- Aid team of Business Development Managers to produce sales quotes, service requests, and shipping coordination
- Manage and coordinate industry events including local, regional, and national trade shows
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Cook up and track business development activities, including lead generation and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel and logistics
- Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and opportunity data
- Liaise between the business development team, internal departments, and external clients
- Support the execution of national campaigns, events, and promotional efforts
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Travel required on an as needed basis. Including overnights
