About the role
The Community Relations Liaison serves as a subject matter expert for each of Rogers' service lines, leveraging knowledge and expertise from operational and clinical leadership to promote Rogers services to key stakeholders in the community.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for each of Rogers' service lines, engaging customers to deliver an action-oriented, patient-focused sales message.
- Manage a dynamic territory, route, and achieve goals, allocate time effectively, and foster enduring alliances with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and advance strategic referral relationships, plan and implement proactive growth tactics, and conduct on-site campus and program tours.
- Monitor expenditures, utilize budget allocation, assist in planning and executing continuing education events, and maintain frequent contact with referents through various communication methods.
- Enter and maintain records of all referent interactions within CRM software, complete monthly operational and other reporting requirements, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with peers, seek support when needed, and hold oneself and others accountable to the Rogers Values of Compassion, Excellence, and Accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, majoring in business, communications, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' business development and/or related experience.
- Experience with strategic planning, new business development, and negotiation.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable status by Rogers insurance policy.
- Lived experience valued.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to manage daily tasks independently.
- Ability to meet activity, census, and individual objectives from department leadership.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of behavioral health programming, diagnoses, and trends.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software programs, including Word and Excel.
