About the role

Oaklin Lane is hiring a Community Relations & Events Coordinator to carry our referral and community partnerships across DFW. This role reports to our Brand Manager and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners, managing events, and developing a volunteer program.

Responsibilities

  • Own the DFW referral and community partner map, tracking relationships and partner needs
  • Take over referral relationships and visit partners daily, including pediatrician offices, specialty clinics, schools, and case managers
  • Source, book, and run tabling and community events, such as school nights, health fairs, and festivals
  • Develop and manage a volunteer program from scratch, including recruiting and scheduling clinicians for events
  • Manage the event budget, track spending, and report on event outcomes
  • Partner with the Brand Manager on messaging and materials to ensure consistent branding
  • Keep clinic teams informed about upcoming events and expectations

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in community relations, events, outreach, or field marketing
  • Healthcare, pediatric, or multi-site services experience preferred
  • Existing relationships with pediatrician offices, schools, or case managers a plus
  • Proven track record of managing events and budgets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid Texas driver's license, and clean driving record
  • Deep familiarity with the DFW metroplex and its communities
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and comfort with spreadsheets and shared calendars
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with some evenings and weekends for events. Field-based across DFW, with a home base at the Lake Highlands clinic.
