About the role
We are seeking ambitious staff members to serve as Community Recruiters. These team members organize one-time events designed to offer simple Girl Scout activities, boost community awareness, and strengthen Girl Scouts' position as community leaders in their local area. Responsibilities include nurturing leads, assisting with event scheduling, and supporting our newest members through their placement in a local troop or the start of a new troop.
With a focus on membership recruitment and retention in their assigned area, the Community Recruiter works collaboratively with all staff to ensure potential members are supported, and volunteers are prepared to deliver a high-quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
This position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, along with extensive travel up to 70 miles one way from the employee's work location.
Responsibilities

Pay
Hourly Rate: $19.00–$19.50 (position works 20–25 hours per week).

Hiring for two to three positions focusing on the Cape Girardeau, Dexter, and Sikeston areas.
