Community Pharmacist
Primary Responsibilities
- Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
- Provides information to customers about medications and their use
- Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
- Administration of immunizations and long-acting injectables as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist license in state of Texas
- CURRENT BLCS or BLS Certification
- Immunization Certification
- 1+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail pharmacy experience
- Experience working in high-volume environments
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Schedule of Genoa Healthcare Pharmacies are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
