Responsibilities
- Lead fiscal sponsorship finances: reconcile funds/grants/expenses; ensure compliant reporting.
- Support supporting organizations: oversee grants/compliance; prep reports and board materials.
- Administer community benefit funds: coordinate grantmaking, reporting, and donor stewardship.
- Manage agency endowments: distributions, reporting, investment communications, recordkeeping.
- Prepare independent contractor agreements; schedule payments per terms/deliverables.
- Ensure data integrity and policy compliance; improve processes across systems (Workday/MS Office).
- Provide responsive cross‑functional support; train/serve as backup as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field; 2–5+ years in accounting/finance (nonprofit a plus).
- Preferred Qualification: CPA, CFA, and/or MBA; Nonprofit/foundation accounting experience; Workday experience; Experience with board reporting, grant administration, endowment/fund accounting, and compliance; Training and cross-functional collaboration leadership.

Pay
$83,200 - $86,400 Annually
$3,200 - $3,323.07 Biweekly
Schedule
This is an in-office position for the first 100 days. Requires in-office work five (5) days per week. Following the first 100 days, staff have the flexibility to work two (2) days remotely. Mandatory in-office workdays are Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
