Community Lending Analyst

Position Summary

We seek a highly motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented Community Lending Program Analyst to support the growth and operational excellence of our national Community Lending initiatives. This role plays a critical part in executing, tracking, and optimizing community outreach programs and events across diverse markets nationwide.

Essential Functions

  • Program Analytics & Reporting (40%)
    Develop, maintain, and automate ROI dashboards to measure event performance (leads, pre-qualifications, conversions, partner impact, DPA usage). Collect and analyze event data using Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools/platforms to produce monthly/quarterly performance reports.
    Create and refine workflows to capture event leads and integrate them into Salesforce and other CRM systems.
    Track program metrics, including registration-to-attendance ratios, lead-to-loan conversion, and community impact indicators.
    Monitor partner engagement, post-event surveys, and NPS feedback to measure satisfaction and long-term outcomes.

  • Event Initiative Planning & Coordination (40%)
    Identify and secure venues;
    Coordinate A/V, onsite staffing, materials, signage, and event-day operations.
    Collaborate with regional Sales teams, Loan Officers, and branches to maintain event calendars and manage distribution of turnkey event kits.
    Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, HUD-approved counseling agencies, and community sponsors.
    Partner with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns, digital assets, and outreach messaging.
    Track and manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and compliance with Guild brand and regulatory standards.

  • Sales Enablement & Partner Support (20%)
    Provide actionable insights and performance metrics to Loan Officers and Regional Managers to strengthen engagement and follow-up strategies.
    Maintain a library of event templates, checklists, post-event summaries, and best practices for replication across markets.
    Assist with co-branded events and partnerships with nonprofits, DPA providers, and community organizations, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum four years experience in analytics, marketing, community outreach, or event coordination (mortgage, housing, or financial services preferred).
  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Able to work well independently or within a team.
  • Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
  • Passion for affordable housing strategies, financial literacy, and community impact.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience coordinating events, managing vendors, or working with nonprofits is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, community engagement, and partnership management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in the mortgage lending or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Able to manage change effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

  • Office environment - moderate noise, no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
  • Travel 10-20%.

Supervision

Impact: Decisions and actions have a major impact on the outcomes of the department, projects, and programs; Has a direct and significant impact on the business and/or operations of major segments of the organization.

Interaction/Supervision: Works under broad direction with some latitude for independent actions; guided by professional standards, desired outcomes and unit/project/program specifications.

Pay and Benefits

This role is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of $61,803 to $92,739 annually. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
