Location: Pittsburgh, PA with extensive local travel (mileage reimbursed). Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm.

About the role

This position is responsible for educating the public, community partners in care, and referral sources about the Community LIFE program, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested elders into the intake process. As part of a team led by the Marketing Manager, identifies and cultivates new relationship opportunities that will support the organization’s goals for enrollment growth and evaluates results. Serves as the primary sales representative to social workers, case managers, discharge planners, service coordinators and other primary referral sources. This position involves local travel up to 50% of the time (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

  • Educate the public, community partners, and referral sources about the Community LIFE program.
  • Organize community outreach and promotional activities.
  • Guide interested elders into the intake process.
  • Identify and cultivate new relationship opportunities to support enrollment growth.
  • Evaluate results of outreach and promotional efforts.
  • Serve as the primary sales representative to social workers, case managers, discharge planners, service coordinators, and other referral sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a health-related field.
  • Evidence of achieving sales goals within the market and/or demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals.
  • Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management, and discharge planning service needs.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
